About the Role

We are looking for senior, architect-level AI-Focused Partner Deployed Engineers (Partner DEs) to accelerate enterprise adoption of next-generation AI software engineering platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with Global Systems Integrators, solution architects, delivery leads, and engineering teams to successfully deploy and scale AI coding agents such as Devin and Windsurf across enterprise customers. You will lead technical enablement sessions, co-deliver pilots, translate business requirements into AI-driven engineering workflows, and help partners build repeatable delivery capabilities that drive measurable business value.

You will work with next-generation autonomous AI engineering platforms that are redefining how software is built and delivered. By enabling tools like Devin and Windsurf, you'll help organizations adopt agentic software development, where AI systems can plan, build, debug, and iterate on software with minimal supervision, accelerating modern software delivery at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding, workshops, and hands-on training for AI tool adoption
• Translate customer use cases into actionable AI workflows and best practices
• Troubleshoot and provide real-time technical guidance to clients
• Relay customer feedback to internal product and engineering teams
• Support integrations, custom configurations, and pilot deployments
• Build client self-sufficiency through documentation and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, technical customer roles, or AI enablement
• Architect-level expertise with the ability to design and deliver solutions for complex and evolving challenges
• Strong experience with enterprise-scale systems and architectures
• Exposure to working with large multinational organizations
• Degree from a top-ranked university preferred
• Demonstrated career stability (minimal job hopping)
• Strong familiarity with AI/ML tools, platforms, and workflows
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, .NET, etc.) and APIs
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
