Terms of Service

1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bridge LLC, operating the FindMyJobAI Job Portal ("FindMyJobAI", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), and the individual accessing or using the FindMyJobAI Job Portal and related services ("Job Portal", "Platform", "Candidate", "you", or "your").

1.2 These Terms govern your access to and use of the Job Portal, including the creation and management of a Candidate account and profile, submission and management of your CV and other information, access to job opportunities, applications, communications and interactions with recruiters, employers and other authorised users, and any related services made available through the Job Portal.

1.3 By creating an account, accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Job Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and the FindMyJobAI Job Portal Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

1.4 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or access or use the Job Portal.

1.5 If you are using the Job Portal on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so. The Job Portal is intended for individual Candidates seeking or considering employment, recruitment or professional opportunities.

2.1 The Job Portal is available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

2.2 By creating an account or using the Job Portal, you represent and warrant that:

3.1 FindMyJobAI provides a technology-enabled recruitment and job-search platform intended to facilitate interaction between Candidates and recruiters, employers and other authorised users.

3.2 Depending on the functionality made available to you, the Job Portal may allow you to:

3.4 FindMyJobAI provides the Job Portal as a technology platform and does not itself guarantee that you will receive a job offer, interview, employment opportunity, recruiter response or placement.

3.5 FindMyJobAI does not act as your employer merely because you create an account, submit an application, communicate with a recruiter or employer, or use the Job Portal.

3.6 Recruiters and employers remain responsible for their own recruitment, selection, interview, hiring and employment decisions.

4.1 Certain features of the Job Portal may require you to create an account.

4.2 When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information and must not knowingly provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.

4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

4.4 You must promptly notify FindMyJobAI if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation, your credentials have been compromised, or there has been any other security incident affecting your account.

4.5 You must not create an account using another person's identity or information without lawful authority.

4.6 You must not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, misleading recruiters or employers, manipulating applications or otherwise misusing the Job Portal.

4.7 FindMyJobAI may require additional information or verification where reasonably necessary to maintain the security and integrity of the Job Portal.

5.1 You may create and maintain a Candidate profile containing information about your professional background, qualifications, skills, experience, education and other information relevant to recruitment.

5.2 You are responsible for ensuring that the information contained in your Candidate profile is accurate, current and not misleading.

5.3 You may update, amend or remove information from your Candidate profile through the functionality made available on the Job Portal.

5.4 Depending on the Job Portal functionality and your selected settings, some or all of your Candidate profile may be visible or searchable by authorised recruiters, employers or other authorised users.

5.5 You acknowledge that information made available to recruiters or employers may be used by them for recruitment and employment-related purposes in accordance with their own applicable policies and legal obligations.

5.6 You should not include information in your Candidate profile that you do not wish to make available to the relevant audience.

6.1 You may upload or otherwise submit your CV, resume, cover letter, portfolio, qualifications, certifications, professional information and other materials relevant to your job search ("Candidate Content").

6.2 You retain any ownership rights you have in Candidate Content, subject to the rights and permissions granted to FindMyJobAI under these Terms.

6.3 You represent and warrant that:

6.4 By submitting Candidate Content to the Job Portal, you grant FindMyJobAI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit and otherwise use the Candidate Content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain and provide the Job Portal and its recruitment-related functionality.

6.5 Where your Candidate Content is shared with a recruiter or employer in accordance with your Job Portal settings, application, connection or other interaction, that recruiter or employer may process the information for recruitment and employment-related purposes subject to applicable law and their own policies.

7.1 Where the Job Portal permits you to apply for a job opportunity, you may submit an application and related Candidate Content through the applicable functionality.

7.2 You are responsible for reviewing the information you submit before completing an application and for ensuring that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

7.3 Once an application has been submitted, FindMyJobAI may transmit or make the relevant application information available to the applicable recruiter, employer or other authorised recipient in accordance with the Job Portal functionality.

7.4 FindMyJobAI does not guarantee that an application will be reviewed, that a recruiter or employer will contact you, or that an application will result in an interview, offer or employment.

7.5 Recruiters and employers are responsible for their own evaluation and employment decisions.

8.1 The Job Portal may provide functionality allowing Candidates to make their profiles available for discovery by recruiters and employers.

8.2 Depending on the applicable Job Portal settings and functionality, recruiters or employers may be able to search for, view or access certain Candidate information.

8.3 You acknowledge that making your profile visible or searchable may result in authorised recruiters or employers identifying and contacting you regarding potential opportunities.

8.4 Where the Job Portal provides Candidate-controlled visibility settings, you may use those settings to manage the availability of your profile and information in accordance with the functionality made available.

8.5 FindMyJobAI does not control the recruitment practices, decisions or actions of individual recruiters or employers using the Job Portal.

9.1 The Job Portal may allow recruiters or employers to send connection requests or other requests to interact with Candidates.

9.2 Where this functionality is available, you may accept or reject a connection request in accordance with the options provided through the Job Portal.

9.3 Acceptance of a connection request may permit the relevant recruiter or employer to access additional Candidate information or communicate with you, depending on the Job Portal functionality and your applicable settings.

9.4 You may choose whether to respond to communications from recruiters or employers, subject to any applicable functionality or process associated with a particular application.

9.5 You acknowledge that information you voluntarily share with a recruiter, employer or other authorised user may thereafter be processed by that party in accordance with its own privacy practices and applicable law.

9.6 FindMyJobAI does not guarantee that a recruiter or employer will maintain the confidentiality of information after it has been lawfully shared with that party, except to the extent required under applicable law or contractual arrangements applicable to FindMyJobAI.

11.4 AI-assisted functionality is intended to support recruitment and related processes and should not be treated as a guarantee of your suitability for a particular role or of the outcome of any recruitment process.

11.5 Recruiters and employers remain responsible for making their own recruitment and employment decisions and for complying with applicable employment, privacy and anti-discrimination laws.

11.6 Where required by applicable law, FindMyJobAI will apply applicable safeguards concerning automated decision-making and profiling.

12.1 The Job Portal may use or integrate with third-party services, technologies, websites, communication providers, authentication services, cloud infrastructure, AI providers or other third-party services.

12.2 Third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

12.3 FindMyJobAI does not control the privacy practices, availability or functionality of third-party services and is not responsible for matters arising solely from a third party's services or practices, except to the extent required by applicable law.

13.1 FindMyJobAI and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Job Portal, including its software, technology, algorithms, artificial intelligence models, databases, interfaces, designs, trademarks, documentation, methodologies and other proprietary materials.

13.2 Except for the limited right to use the Job Portal in accordance with these Terms, no ownership or other proprietary rights in the Job Portal are transferred to you.

13.3 You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, commercially exploit or otherwise misuse the Job Portal or FindMyJobAI's proprietary technology except where expressly permitted by law.

13.4 Subject to your ownership rights in Candidate Content, FindMyJobAI may use feedback, suggestions or recommendations you voluntarily provide concerning the Job Portal to improve its services without restriction or compensation, provided that FindMyJobAI does not thereby disclose your Personal Data contrary to the Privacy Policy.

14.1 You may receive or have access to information through the Job Portal that is confidential or not intended for public disclosure.

14.2 You must not knowingly disclose, misuse or make available to any unathorised person any information belonging to another person or organization that you know, or reasonably should know, is confidential or not intended for public disclosure.

14.3 You are responsible for exercising reasonable care when handling confidential information received through the Job Portal.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms prevents disclosure required by applicable law.

15.1 FindMyJobAI will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the Job Portal.

15.2 The Job Portal may be unavailable or temporarily restricted due to maintenance, upgrades, security measures, technical issues, third-party service failures, internet or infrastructure disruptions, legal requirements or events beyond FindMyJobAI's reasonable control.

15.3 FindMyJobAI does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available operation of the Job Portal.

16.1 You may stop using the Job Portal at any time and may request closure of your account through the available account or support processes.

16.2 FindMyJobAI may suspend, restrict or terminate your access where:

16.3 Where reasonably practicable and permitted by applicable law, FindMyJobAI will use reasonable efforts to provide notice before suspending or terminating an account, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary.

16.4 Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued before termination.

16.5 Following account closure or termination, FindMyJobAI may retain Personal Data and other information where permitted or required under the Privacy Policy or applicable law.

17.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE JOB PORTAL IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

17.2 FINDMYJOBAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

17.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDMYJOBAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE JOB PORTAL.

18.2 SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE MANDATORY LAW, TALENTEASEAI'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE JOB PORTAL OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO FINDMYJOBAI FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

18.3 NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

19.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindMyJobAI, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising directly from:

19.2 This indemnity does not apply to the extent that the relevant claim results from FindMyJobAI's own breach, negligence, wilful misconduct or violation of applicable law.

20.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory laws applicable to you provide otherwise.

21.1 The parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms.

21.2 Subject to applicable law, any unresolved dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in Singapore.

21.3 Where applicable law provides specific consumer or individual-user dispute resolution rights, those rights shall apply to the extent they cannot lawfully be waived.

21.4 The seat and place of arbitration shall be Singapore, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21.5 Nothing in this Section prevents a party from seeking appropriate injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court where permitted by law.

22.1 You may be required to affirmatively accept these Terms when creating an account or accessing certain features of the Job Portal.

22.2 Your electronic acceptance of these Terms, including through a checkbox, button or other electronic mechanism, constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

22.3 FindMyJobAI may maintain electronic records relating to your acceptance of these Terms, including the applicable version of the Terms and the date and time of acceptance, for evidentiary, security, compliance and administrative purposes.

22.4 Where the Job Portal provides an option to decline or reject updated Terms, FindMyJobAI may record the applicable response together with the relevant version and date and time.

22.5 Electronic records maintained by FindMyJobAI may be relied upon as evidence of acceptance or other interaction with the Terms, subject to applicable law.

23.1 FindMyJobAI may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Job Portal, technology, business practices or applicable law.

23.2 The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms will be amended when changes are made.

23.3 Where required by law, FindMyJobAI will provide additional notice of material changes.

23.4 Where the Job Portal requires your affirmative acceptance of revised Terms, you may be required to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use affected features.

23.5 If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using the Job Portal and may request closure of your account, subject to applicable retention requirements.

24.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

24.2 Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

24.3 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Job Portal.

24.4 FindMyJobAI may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of the relevant business or assets.

24.5 You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without FindMyJobAI's prior written consent, except where permitted by applicable law.
