Intern – Client Relations

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, proactive and well-spoken individual to join our team as a Client Relations Intern.

This internship will provide hands-on exposure to client communication, cold calling, lead generation and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with potential and existing clients.

Make cold calls and conduct client outreach.

Follow up with clients and potential leads.

Assist with lead generation and identifying potential clients.

Conduct basic market and company research.

Support client-related and commercial activities.

Requirements

Good spoken and written English communication skills.

Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.

Friendly, proactive and willing to learn.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Business, Management or Marketing background is an advantage.

Please note: This is a client-facing internship involving cold calling, client outreach and regular follow-ups.
