Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead QA Engineer to lead quality assurance initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, hands-on testing expertise, and the ability to coordinate testing activities while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive QA strategy, mentor team members, and ensure testing processes align with business objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end QA activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Define QA strategies, test plans, test cases, and quality standards for software delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

• Manage functional, integration, regression, system, performance, and UAT testing activities.

• Perform and oversee Salesforce testing activities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom solutions, workflows, integrations, and business processes.

• Validate Salesforce configurations, Apex functionalities, Lightning components, reports, dashboards, and integrations.

• Design and execute test scenarios for Salesforce enhancements, releases, and deployments.

• Manage defect lifecycle, testing schedules, resources, and deliverables across teams.
• Review requirements to ensure complete test coverage across applications.
• Mentor QA Engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
• Monitor testing progress, risks, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, Salesforce testing practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering , or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Software QA , with proven experience leading QA teams or managing testing activities for enterprise applications.

• Strong manual testing experience is required , with automation testing experience considered an added advantage.

• Experience in API testing , database testing , regression testing , integration testing , and end-toend testing .

• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , con figurations, custom objects, workflows, integrations, and Lightning components.

• Knowledge of Salesforce development concepts including Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce release management is an added advantage.

• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting , problem-solving , communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Proven ability to coordinate QA activities across multiple projects and deliver quality solutions within timelines.

• Experience in enterprise CRM testing and data migration testing is an added advantage.
• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst certification is mandatory. ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager and ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer certifications will be considered an added advantage.
