About the Role

The Executive - Management Information System (MIS) role is responsible for collecting, analysing, managing, and reporting business data to support management decision-making within the organisation. The position requires preparing regular MIS reports, analysing operational and financial data, and generating dashboards and reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Understanding banking, recovery, operational processes, and data presentation/manipulation according to management requirements.
• Working on data and generating various types of reports independently.
• Maintaining a high level of data analysis and accuracy.
• Providing good communication and analytical support for decision-making. Working under pressure and meeting deadlines

Requirements

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level.
• A Degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Business Management, Management, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline from a recognised university/institution will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience, including MIS reporting, MS Excel, and dashboard generation. Excellent MS Office skills, with the ability to prepare reports in a presentable format.
• Proficiency in Macros, SQL, and Visual Basic (VB) will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of financial operations, MIS, and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to change.
• Committed to high standards, continuous learning, and process improvement.
• Maximum age limit: Below 35 years.
